If you've lost your holder's number or documents, don't worry.
Your Premium Bonds are grouped under a single holder’s number. This number has 10 or 9 digits, or 8 digits followed by a letter. You can find your holder’s number by logging in to our online service and checking your Premium Bonds account page. Or you can call us for a replacement Bond record and we'll send it to you.
If you aren’t registered for our online and phone service, you can write to us and ask for a replacement Bond record too.
This Bond record will show all the Bonds you hold and your holder's number.

Are my old Premium Bonds still valid?
Yes. As long as you haven’t cashed your Bonds in, they’re still valid and they’re still being entered into our monthly prize draws.
