This place used to be great
NOT anymore! Woman (red colored hair) rushed, did a lousy job and was rude. I took my mother who is 82 and it was awful. I did not pay because it was that bad!! Now at different nail salon (Lavish Nails on W. Georgia Rd and it is worlds away better!

Professionally run & super clean nail salon. Owners, long time residents of Greenville,have terrific personalities. They took me promptly at my reserved time for a pedicure. The most pleased I have ever been with service at a Greenville nail salon. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment.

1.overpriced
2. They don't listen to their customers
3.delux pedicure with no massage
4.painted nails worse then a five year old
5.not the cleanest

IF ONLY I could leave ZERO stars. Ever since this place was sold it has gone down hill !! I've come across some crappy nail salons but this has to be the WORST. They didn't clean under my toe nails, did not scrub my toes.. she used her bare hands to "scrub" my feet instead of a pumice rock or anything else.. the cup holders in the chairs are filthy.. at first you think it looks decent but when you actually look at everything it's filthy. This place is an absolute JOKE. Don't Even bother wasting your time or money here. The manager did not even care that I said I didn't get a proper pedicure. Awful. I basically paid for an expensive toe nail trim.

I went to get a pedicure and brow wax and the doors were locked even though the open signs lite up. So I did my grocery shopping instead. Then I called for an appointment and was told I could come right in. The woman who told me to pick a color was very gruff. Then my toes had a very short time to sit in the luke warm water. I endured some very very very painful nail clippings and ended up with three areas that were bleeding. The same woman also waxed my brows. My whole experience was so painful I will never go back! I have had some great pedicures at this establishment but am very disappointed!
