i have just the one truck so far that this has been showing up on, someone at the shop i work for suggested maybe the MAF sensor is getting dust/dirt on it if the truck is in a dusty enviroment. Could also be if the operator runs it till the tank emptys out and dies? This truck also only has about 1000 hrs on it. Think a couple of our other techs have a few trucks with this problem also. Some seem to show up after a tank change.

Looking at this same problem on a few units myself. I have checked the injector for bad orings, leaks at all of the intake system to no avail. I have also preformed the idle air relearn and the code keeps coming back. These are on new trucks with less than a thousand hours. Manufacture has stated this is a reoccurring problem and will likely come back. 10 trucks at the same customer 4 showing the codes since new.

kevin;
If the MAP sensor is a problem a code 44 will show. I know you don't see it listed; it's a number not yet released that has been added to the ECM fault registry. Start looking at a lost elec. connection to the ECM BV+ and also BV-. Also, just for curiosity what are the number you are seeing in window A2-13 Lower level? Are they running between 75 and 125? The other thing to look at in monitor mode would be window A2-04 Lower level LPG inj pulse along with A2-02 Lower level Bat volts at the ECM. Another point of curiosity was an Idle Air Volume Learn showing up in window A2-08 Lower level as having been Exe. ?

Kevin;
You are getting a fault of Apha being out of specification or more simply put the Air/Fuel ratio is off. Have a factory authorize tech go into technician's programming mode to see what the air/fuel ratios are operating at and/or execute an air/fuel learn and see if that solves your issue.
