Silence is complicity when horrible things happen. I am not talking about perceived horrible things but raw facts:Two babies are still held by Hamas Women are being raped while in captivity Men are subjected to mental and physical torture. Hamas loots food and supplies sent to the Palestinians. Hamas is a nihilist organization whose ultimate goal is the destruction of all western values: out women rights, gay rights, individual rights, out education, out free speech, out freedom. Donβt you think that threat is severe enough to deserve our attention? Shame on Hollywood for their silence. Shame on UN for their complacency with UNWRA. Shame on Red Cross for not caring about CIVILIANS bruttaly abducted 4 month ago. Shame on all women organizations who failed to acknowledge the trauma that girls from 14 went through. One woman was so gang raped that her pelvis broke. How is that not worth your attention if you defend womenβs rights?!Hamas must end for all our sakes. If you want a sample of the alternative check Iran.

The March "tea tray", the Tyrrel 6-wheeler (or "Todoroky special", for us nerds π), the wingless Arrows, the Williams walrus*...What all these cars have in common? They were weird, atypical, strange. They were experiments that made the F1 fans shout: "What the h&ll is that?!?".They were not (ot only mildly) successful, and at the end these development directions were abandoned, but they.are still there in the history books and in the eyes of the true passionate fans. They were the image of a F1 that does not exist anymore: a F1 that had the courage to think outside the box, to experiment, to dare, to bring to the track something that nobody had ever seen before. Even if on the long run it was not a winning choice.Today, this is gone. Budget caps, test limitations, design restrictions, all made in the name of "equalizing the odds" among richer and poorer teams, but finally having the only effect to neuter the creativity and kill the revolutionary ideas.I wish we could come back to these times, where the show and the wonder were not only to see who wins, or to create more TV-watchable contents, but also to see something incredible coming on the track.β-----------* Note for Italians: this solution was created by a brilliant Italian engineer, Antonia Terzi, who also happened to be a woman, showing that motorsport is not a boys' club and that if you are brilliant and prepared, the rest does not count. As a role model, I would exchange one Antonia Terzi for one thousand Cortellesi.
